Shopping for your dog or the person holding the leash? Here are the details to check before placing your order.
How do I choose the right size or pack?
Read the dimensions and selected option on each product page. For dog accessories, compare the measurements with your dog or an accessory that fits. The dog gear fit guide can help. Rubyloo shammy towels are sold in one- and two-towel packs; each towel measures 34 × 26 inches.
Are KC designs made to order?
Our KC designs are made to order. We also carry selected products from partner brands. Processing varies by item and is additional to carrier transit time. Check the product details before ordering.
Will everything arrive together?
Products from different fulfillment partners may ship separately and have separate tracking details. Shipping methods and charges depend on your cart and address and are shown at checkout. Read our shipping information.
Can you guarantee arrival before Christmas?
Christmas delivery is not guaranteed. If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering. Production, supplier processing and carrier transit can all affect delivery.
How do I track my order?
Use Track your order to sign in with the email used at checkout and open your order details. You can also use the order-status link in your order email. Tracking appears when shipment information is added. Made-to-order production happens before carrier transit, and separate packages may have separate tracking links.
How do I leave a review?
Open the product you purchased, scroll to Customer Reviews and choose Write a review. Read our customer review guide. Honest feedback about the item, fit, print and materials helps other shoppers.
How do I get help with an order?
Email kcbeyondlimits@proton.me with your order number. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, include a description and photos so we can review the issue.
Can I change or return an order?
Contact us promptly if you need to request a change; changes may not be possible once processing begins. Read the refund policy for return eligibility, exclusions and instructions. Please contact us before sending a return.
